He sits, alone the tv on, the channel never changed, loved ones lost, family gone, so he waits, the day highlights the carers who visit to bring him food, a keen mind, that’s now resined, a body withered, waiting not thinking, existing, un-noticed, but loved, a nation that does not look though fear of what it might see
