Let Me hold you tight, smell your hair as everything is alright, banish pain, as our arms entwine, bodies pressed together. Kiss your lips so gentle and sweet, toes touch, brush feet, hands explore wanting more, lights out and love triumphs

Blue on blue the sky so clear, above the clouds my love in arms, and as we fly and all around sleep I know it’s truth I’ve found

If fools were given crowns, then I would be a king, for the clown in me has grown and now can see everything, what you did was foolish, discarding all my love, but hindsight is so focused and a gift from high above, for now I really see, that you and me was never meant to be, you lead me to another, where I’ve found my promised land, as we walk towards our future, my Queen holding tight my hand.  
  

He pulls her string and she’s dancing for him, giving herself and more, subtly and over time his little lies they bite, she’s his now completely to do with as he likes, but she’s oblivious to the strings and she’s not knowing the truth of it, as she’s in love with him, with every part of her and as he’s told her often she’s the one his soulmate and his love forever more, so as he pulls her strings she dances across the floor 
  

New day and a day closer, inevitable and relentless life moves on, plans fail, plans change, and now I’ve found the one, a life together, our target now, all else falls away, her in my arms safe and strong, and her tears gone away, but I know this is right, and know I am true, the future is with her, but pain I’ve caused to a few, these steps I made for her, but no regrets, of loves now lost, it’s easy that to say, so on this day, a further step, toward those endless days
